Make an appeal online

Appeals are managed by the Planning Inspectorate, you can submit a planning appeal to them online. This is usually the easiest way of submitting an appeal.

To do so you will need to visit the online appeals service1 on gov.uk.

The service includes links to a number of publications and includes guidance to assist you in making the right type of appeal and how to successfully submit it.

Make an appeal online

You can make an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate online on the gov.uk website1.
